Remembrance Day Breakfast - Maple Bacon, Pancakes, Hashbrowns and Scrambled Eggs



 Roast Beef Dinner, with cranberry stuffing, turnip, Brussels sprouts and bacon, and chipotle mashed potatoes



Sweet Potato Shepherds Pie






Dry Spice Rubbed Ribs and Fries

Chicken, mozzarella and bacon wrapped in puff pastry with rice



KFC's Wicked Meal - Spicy popcorn chicken, spicy wings, regular chicken macaroni and cheese salad, fries and gravy


Pierogi Pizza - spicy potato round fries, cheese, green onion, bacon on a thin pizza crust with Cheddar Ranch salad dressing as the sauce, Mmm!


Red Wine Poached Pear with Ice Cream at the Press and Bean

We celebrated Dad's 52nd birthday with Don's Ultimate Wings from Don Cherry's - Cousin Noah, Dad, and sister Emily

Stuffed Pasta Shells - Ricotta cheese, Jalapeno, Taco Meat, covered in tex mex cheese and spicy tomato sauce



Homemade burgers with bacon, red onion, spicy smoked mustard and homemade coleslaw on a ciabatta bun

those pasta shells look amazing! you must make them for me sometime!-- perhaps in exchange for cake balls

A friend of mine made them for a rock-band night recently - yum! We definitely need to arrange a yummy food swap - maybe on Saturday ;)

Of all the dishes, I have to say I am most intrigued by the dry spice rubbed ribs and the pear. That pear, totally drooling over it, bet it was amazing!

I can't wait for your next post, and Terry and I are eager to share a recommendation with you that would certainly generate a post or two!
